These terms govern your use of snakeriverboatworx.com and the services provided by Snake River Boat Worx ("SRBWRX," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging us for service, you agree to these terms.
Site information is general
The pricing, services, and information shown on this site are general descriptions intended to give you a sense of what we offer. They are not binding quotes. Every job is different — actual pricing depends on the work, parts, and condition of the equipment. Written estimates are provided after we look at the boat.
Estimates and quotes
We provide written estimates on request and at no charge for most jobs. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless we tell you otherwise. Final invoices may differ from the estimate when we discover additional work, parts changes, or unforeseen conditions. We will discuss any material change with you before proceeding.
Labor rates
Our standard labor rate is $150 per hour. Diagnostic time, road time for mobile or on-water service, and shop supplies are billable in addition to parts. Rates and shop policies are subject to change.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and standard credit cards. Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annualized) and may be subject to a mechanic's lien on the equipment as permitted under Idaho law.
Pickup and storage
You agree to pick up your boat or equipment within seven (7) days of completion notice. Storage fees may apply after that period.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply per the manufacturer's terms — we'll help you with claims where we can. We do not warrant pre-existing conditions, normal wear, damage caused by misuse, or work performed by others.
Customer responsibility
You represent that you own the equipment we are servicing or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf. You are responsible for accurate information about the equipment, its history, and any modifications. You are responsible for personal items left aboard — please remove them before drop-off.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost use of the equipment.
Site use
You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to disrupt its operation, or to misrepresent yourself. Content on the site (text, images, logo) is the property of Snake River Boat Worx and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Canyon County, Idaho.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. Continued use of the site or engagement of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
